I would like to share my experience with IJM Toyota regarding my last visit at this work shop. I visited first time at this workshop for my car service. During service I forgot my wallet in the car which was carrying money and important documents, cards etc. and came back to home and my car was with them for service.Thereafter I received a call from Customer Relations Manager stating that your wallet is with us and no need to worry. They said that during washing of the car their cleaning boy found that wallet in the car and handed over to them.
This shows the honesty of their staff and I am very much delighted with this and appreciate their honesty.Keep up the good work team IJM.

Had an outstanding experience with IJM Toyota in Gurgaon for a major service and repair of my car, and want to strongly recommend them as one of the best Toyota service and body shops in the city.
The experience was exceptional from start to finish. Mr Guneet as a GM is very approachable who personally ensured that my concerns were understood and addressed in the best possible way. His involvement gave me a lot of confidence, especially since there was major mechanical and body repair job.

This is located at Hero Honda chock, after cross subway take right you reach your location.
Entry to management to exit all good.
But the taste of coffee is not good. It is so bitter.
Overall good experience. All staff are helpful.
