Clients reviews about IJM Toyota Gurugram Service Center

~ Hariram S

I have had the pleasure of visiting this service center for the past two years, and I must say that this year, the new team has truly exceeded my expectations. Their prompt attention to my concerns and their unwavering commitment to providing exceptional customer service have been remarkable. Sadhna from the appointment booking team made sure that the car is attended on time. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Rahul, Mr. Suraj, Mr. Alok, and Mr. Daljeet Singh Ji for their diligent efforts in swiftly resolving the issues and completing the 30K km service in under two hours. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. ~ Sunil K

I would like to share my experience with IJM Toyota regarding my last visit at this work shop. I visited first time at this workshop for my car service. During service I forgot my wallet in the car which was carrying money and important documents, cards etc. and came back to home and my car was with them for service.Thereafter I received a call from Customer Relations Manager stating that your wallet is with us and no need to worry. They said that during washing of the car their cleaning boy found that wallet in the car and handed over to them. This shows the honesty of their staff and I am very much delighted with this and appreciate their honesty.Keep up the good work team IJM. ~ Naresh k

Had an outstanding experience with IJM Toyota in Gurgaon for a major service and repair of my car, and want to strongly recommend them as one of the best Toyota service and body shops in the city. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. Mr Guneet as a GM is very approachable who personally ensured that my concerns were understood and addressed in the best possible way. His involvement gave me a lot of confidence, especially since there was major mechanical and body repair job. A special mention for Harpreet, who did a fantastic job of keeping me updated at every stage – from diagnosis to work in progress to final costs. ~ ashish a

Dear Team, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the support I received regarding my concern. My name is Devendra, and my vehicle registration number is HR72L3830. I had been facing this issue for milage. When I met Mr. Amaan Khan (Technical Leader), he patiently listened to my concern, explained everything clearly, and guided me in the correct manner. His technical knowledge, professionalism, and polite way of communicating made a significant difference, and I am now completely satisfied with the resolution. Earlier, I was disappointed with the response I received from the advisor team, as I did not feel my concern was handled properly. However, after meeting Mr. Amaan Khan, my experience completely changed. I would like to request IJM Toyota and Kirloskar Motor to recognize and promote Mr. Amaan Khan. He is an excellent professional, a very kind person, and his way of communicating with customers is outstanding. Employees like him truly enhance the reputation of your organization. Thank you once again to Mr. Amaan Khan for his exceptional support and guidance. Kind regards, Devendra Vehicle No.: HR72L3830 ~ Debendra S

One of the better experience against the other Hyundai and Toyota service centers, I have visited. Service engineer, Nawab was assigned promptly and he has polite. A little bit of upsell for coating but apart from that superb experience. The centre arranged the drop-off for me as well as vehicle, though it was an unscheduled visit. ~ nandan j
